As managers and entrepreneurs we have first-hand experience in doing business: We are familiar with business start-ups and –development from practice. We have learned to initiate growth and to create necessary infrastructures, also under the constraint of limited financial resources.

     

Our competences and states of mind are based on cross-cultural thinking, additionally to the mastering of a handful of western languages. Due to the fact that we have lived in different countries, we have learned to develop trans-national and international companies.

Furthermore we have created and developed our own international, industrial enterprise – with all ups and downs, which sold its products in more than 50 countries, and which was finally bought out successfully by the management team.

Our applied knowledge connects classical business theories with realizations from organisational- and social psychology, as well as systemic thinking with entrepreneurial spirit. Therefore our competences are transferable to different organisational situations and can easily be adapted to the individual needs of the client, for start-ups, traditional family-owned enterprises, developed organisational areas with saturated markets or for trans-national mergers with chances for growth.
Due to our experience and academic backgrounds we are in a position to bring to the surface previously not identified organisational- and leadership topics and problems in our roles as clinical moderators and to help to solve them. By using different methods, depending on the goal setting, the situational requirements or the strategic context, we increase creativity and work out innovative, demonstrably successful business solutions in cooperation with our clients.
